We have workshops of each productive process, each workshop located singlely. Steel pipes have two big categories, one is hot-forming, one is cold-forming, we only produce the steel pipes of cold-forming right now.
Material preparation and checking: we should make good preparation of material before production, usually using carbon or alloying steel, and having strict checking, including Chemical compositon analysis and mechanical performance test.
Surface treatment：material should be cut to appropriate longth,cleaning and rust removal, ensuring smoothness and cleanness of surface.In later production, we steel need care about the cleanness of surface, to prevent durt、dirt and grease and ,etc.polluted things.
Process control：The production process of cold-rolled seamless steel pipe is generally more complicated than that of hot-rolled steel pipe. Attention should be paid to the process steps of three-roll continuous rolling of pipe billet and sizing test after extrusion. At the same time, attention should be paid to controlling the wall thickness and diameter to ensure product quality.
