We have workshops of each productive process, each workshop located singlely. Steel pipes have two big categories, one is hot-forming, one is cold-forming, we only produce the steel pipes of cold-forming right now.

Material preparation and checking: we should make good preparation of material before production, usually using carbon or alloying steel, and having strict checking, including Chemical compositon analysis and mechanical performance test.

Surface treatment:material should be cut to appropriate longth,cleaning and rust removal, ensuring smoothness and cleanness of surface.In later production, we steel need care about the cleanness of surface, to prevent durt、dirt and grease and ,etc.polluted things.

Process control:The production process of cold-rolled seamless steel pipe is generally more complicated than that of hot-rolled steel pipe. Attention should be paid to the process steps of three-roll continuous rolling of pipe billet and sizing test after extrusion. At the same time, attention should be paid to controlling the wall thickness and diameter to ensure product quality.

Defect prevention: During the production process, attention should be paid to preventing defects on the surface of the steel pipe, such as small longitudinal cracks, peak cracks, etc. These defects may affect the quality and service life of the steel pipe.

Chemical element ratio: Insufficient ingredients or improper chemical element ratio may cause steel pipe breakage, so the chemical element ratio needs to be strictly controlled during the production process

Acid washing Note: during acid washing, pay attention to whether there are a lot of bubbles on the surface. If so, it means that the quality of the steel pipe may not meet standard.
